Pasta d'Alba is a family-run organic pasta workshop that uses high quality raw materials only to offer you a very unique and tasteful pasta.

Handmade tagliatelle and tagliolini, bronze-die extruded penne and fusilli following the best Italian tradition, any of them slowly dried at low temperature for more than 18 hours to preserve all nutrients of flours freshly millled.

Original and unique pasta made from millet, quinoa, amaranth, rice, corn, chestnut, buckwheat as well as certified gluten-free pasta.
